Terms of sale
Any bare pitch reservation must be accompanied by a deposit of 25% + €30 administration fees or €10 administration fees for a weekend and/or one night + possibly the cancellation option.
All rental reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of 25% + €30 administration fee (€10 for an internet reservation) + possibly the cancellation option (excluding COVID guarantee).
After sending the completed and signed contract, a copy will be returned to you on request after signature on our part, except in the case of reservations on the website.
The balance will be due 4 weeks before the arrival date with the possibility of staggering the payments.
Possibility to pay in 4 installments free of charge.
1 - For all rental reservations, a deposit of €200 will be required: €100 to cover any damage (damage, breakage) + €100 for the cleaning deposit (the amount of the deposit may vary depending on the campsite) for cover any cleaning work using the Swikly online deposit solution. You will receive a secure link 50 days prior to your arrival to register your deposit. Your bank account will not be capped or debited unless we find damage on departure.
2 - The location or location is personal. It is forbidden to sublet or transfer the pitch or rental to a third party. Only people listed on the contract are authorized to stay on the campsite. A nominative reservation cannot be transferred or exchanged.
3 - In the event of early departure, whatever the circumstances, all the days reserved will be due to the campsite.
4 - Any request to modify a reservation (dates, type, campsite) is studied by APV. It can be accepted or refused and will result in a “change fee” of €30 for free changes to personal information: telephone number, postal address, email address, date of birth, participants*, registration or addition of additional services).
Any modification that may lead to a variation in the amount of the fee, more or less, must be reported on arrival. In the event of inaccurate declaration by the lessee, this contract will be automatically terminated and the sums paid will be retained by the lessor.
*(Warning: this does not concern the change of file holder which is a chargeable modification if possible and/or accepted).
5 - You must notify us of any delay in your arrival in order to retain your right of possession. The manager reserves the right to dispose of the pitch or rental provided if there is no news 48 hours after the scheduled arrival date.
6- Cancellation (excluding COVID guarantee):
> In the event of withdrawal at least 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, upon receipt of a registered letter, the deposit, less the administrative costs and the amount of the cancellation option subscribed, will be refunded if you have taken the cancellation option at 11€. After this period, the sums paid will remain acquired.
> In the event of withdrawal at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, upon receipt of a registered letter, the deposit, less the administrative costs and the amount of the cancellation option taken out, will be refunded if you have taken the cancellation option at 33€. After this period, the sums paid will remain acquired.
> In the event of withdrawal at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, upon receipt of a registered letter, the deposit, less the administrative costs and the amount of the cancellation option taken out, will be refunded if you have taken the cancellation option at 88€. After this period, the sums paid will remain acquired.
> In all other cases of withdrawal received by LRAR, without the option of cancellation, the deposit and the administrative costs will remain due, as well as all the sums paid. In the absence of withdrawal received by registered letter, the entire stay will be due.
> Jurisdiction clause: any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of a district court.
7 - The reservation confirmed by the payment of a deposit constitutes a contract and acceptance of the general conditions of sale between ATLANTIQUE PELLERIN VACANCES and the customer. It will be confirmed by the sending of a document entitled: "confirmation of reservation" specifying the dates, the place, the price and the conditions of stay.
Definition of price
APV reserves the right to modify the prices at any time beyond the date indicated. The stays will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force on the day of the reservation, and this, subject to availability. It is advisable to check the applicable rate by contacting APV. When the customer requests a quote, the date of validity of the latter is indicated on the quote. After this date, the price indicated in the quote is no longer guaranteed. In the event of a manifest error in the published price, such as a derisory price compared to the average price recorded for the same stay during the same period, the customer is informed that the contract is deemed void. The customer will then be reimbursed for his deposit or the total price paid without compensation, regardless of the period when the APV company notices the error, unless he agrees to pay the stay at the actual price established by the society.
The benefits and promotions offered by the APV company after the reservation date are not retroactive and cannot be combined with each other. Mandatory posting (Interministerial decree of January 11, 1993 modified on February 17, 2014) SAS ATLANTIQUE PELLERIN VACANCES with a capital of 1 629 880 ESIRET 423 755 149 00022 - NAF 7010 Z . The prices are inclusive of VAT with a VAT rate of 10% applicable on the day they were determined. Any subsequent change in the applicable VAT rate, occurring between the time the rates were determined and the invoicing of the stay will result in a correlative change in the price including tax, which the customer accepts without reservation.
Dear customer, these clarifications being necessary in order to avoid any ambiguity, we thank you for your trust and hope that your next vacation can leave you with the best of memories. This agreement has the value of a contract and binds both parties. The booker completes it, signs it and returns it, along with the corresponding payment, to the manager who sends him a copy after having also signed it for confirmation.
Mediator: complaints will only be taken into consideration if they are signed, dated, as precise as possible and relate to relatively recent facts. In the event of a dispute and after having contacted the customer service of the establishment, any customer of the campsite has the possibility of seizing a consumer mediator, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by LRAR , with the operator. You authorize the campsite or the residence to use the photos of you and/or your children which may be taken during your stay, on any type of medium, for communication purposes of the campsite or the residence and the channel Atlantique Pellerin Vacances, without any compensation.
