How to book your holiday on APV Camping sites ?

These are the administrative costs necessary to process your booking file.

•  €30 when booking by phone with one of our advisers
• €10 when booking a stay online on the internet

Any request to modify a reservation (dates, type, campsite) is studied by APV. It can be accepted or refused and will result in a “modification fee” of €30 (free modifications for personal information: telephone number, postal address, email address, date of birth, participants*, registration or addition of additional services).
Any modification that may lead to a variation in the amount of the fee, more or less, must be reported on arrival. In the event of inaccurate declaration by the lessee, this contract will be automatically terminated and the sums paid will be retained by the lessor.
*(Warning: this does not concern the change of file holder which is a chargeable modification if possible and/or accepted).

The deposit is the initial amount you pay to Atlantique Pellerin Vacances to confirm your stay:

• Any bare pitch reservation must be accompanied by a deposit of 25% + €30 administration fees or €10 administration fees in low season for a weekend and/or one night + possibly the cancellation option.
• All rental reservations must be accompanied by a 25% deposit + €30 administration fee (€10 for an internet reservation or short stay in low season) + possibly the cancellation option (excluding COVID guarantee). The rental balance will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.

For any accommodation rental reservation, a guarantee deposit of €200 must be paid via SWIKLY.
You will receive an email with a connection link to your SWIKLY file 50 days before your arrival (or the same day of your reservation as part of a last minute stay).
In any case, this security deposit is not debited from your bank account and does not affect your bank limit.

The €200 security deposit consists of :

• 100 € for the rental to cover any damage
• 100 € for the cleaning deposit in the context where the maintenance has not been carried out correctly by you at the end of the stay.

Thereafter, you will receive an e-mail attesting to the return of your security deposit 20 days after the end of your stay.

If there is damage, we will inform you in advance of a possible deduction.

Our partner SWIKLY is a French dematerialized and 100% secure deposit platform registered in Lyon - RCS 819 514 076.

The tourist tax is a tax established according to the age and length of stay of holidaymakers, set by each municipality. It varies from one resort to another (price observed from €0.35 to €1/ day and per person).
It is requested on your arrival or on your stay final payment and then transferred by the campsite to its municipality of residence.

You have the possibility of staggering your payments in 3/4 installments free of charge, by telephone or directly on your online file, taking into account a final balance 30 days before your arrival on the campsite.

By credit card or Chèque-Vacances Connect: online on the site, simply go to the MY RESERVATION menu and enter the reservation number assigned to you (starting with O2024) and your NAME.

ADDITIONAL PEOPLE:
1 - On a BARE PITCH, the maximum number of people per pitch is 6.
2 - For RENTAL, it depends on the campsite and the accommodation capacity of the chosen accommodation, please consult the Your Accommodation section

VISITORS: after being authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. The camper can receive one or more visitors after declaration at the reception. If these visitors are allowed to enter the campsite, the camper receiving them will be required to pay a fee, insofar as the visitor has access to the services and/or facilities of the campsite. This fee is displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. Visitors' cars are prohibited in the campsite, including the parking lot.

1.  The rental or location is personal. It is forbidden to sublet or transfer the pitch or rental to a third party. Only people listed on the contract are authorized to stay on the campsite. A nominative reservation cannot be transferred or exchanged.
2.  The reservation confirmed by the payment of a deposit constitutes a contract and acceptance of the general conditions of sale between ATLANTIQUE PELLERIN VACANCES and the customer. It will be confirmed by the sending of a document entitled: "confirmation of reservation" specifying the dates, the place, the price and the conditions of stay.

After sending the completed and signed contract, a copy will be returned to you on request after signature on our part, except in the case of reservations on the website.
In the event of early departure, whatever the circumstances, all of the days reserved will be due to the campsite.

Yes, it is possible for you to add or remove a person, an animal, a service to your stay. To do this, please use the contact form to let us know by email what you want to change.

The plans of the campsites are not transmitted because Atlantique Pellerin Vacances reserves the right to rethink the layout of the campsite from one season to the next. In addition, every year changes of rental categories and ranges are made due to the regular renewal of our rental stock.
If you have a preferred location in the campsite, its number, you can communicate it to us at the time of booking by telephone or in the online comments on the internet. If the location is available, it will be blocked for you. However, APV reserves the right to direct you to a pitch meeting the same criteria if the requested pitch is no longer available and will keep you informed in the event of a change.

To best meet your expectations, we invite you to specify your preferences on the situation in the campsite when booking by telephone or on the internet in the comments section of the online booking form. By booking early in the season, you have a better chance of choosing according to your criteria of:

• proximity or not of services
• proximity or not to swimming pools
• proximity or not to the beach
• more or less quiet location
• more or less shaded location

For reservations of bare pitches, please absolutely indicate the type and dimensions of your equipment (caravan, motorhome, family tent, number of tents, trailer), in order to allocate you a pitch well suited to your camping equipment.

We accept pets up to a maximum of 2 and of the dog/cat/small animal type in cages on our APV Campsites from 1 to 9 and 25 and our Residences.
* Category 1&2 dogs are NOT ALLOWED.

We will ask you for a supplement of €3/day per animal and its up-to-date vaccination record upon your arrival at the campsite.

We remind you that you are responsible for the behavior of your animal on the campsite, for its benevolence and for maintaining cleanliness (collection of droppings) and that the animals must not be left alone in the rentals. Please refer to the conditions mentioned in the Practical Information of the chosen campsite.
